Job description

What the day will look like

  • Working with the other internal and External senior stakeholders across South East Asia in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam etc. to generate business ideas and business development to support with origination, sales and pipeline development across the region.
  • Lead proposal development for Bid and Project RFPs for Reward Advisory to help in exhibiting Aon's expertise and experience to originate sales, whilst also having independence in commercial decisions around pricing.
  • Work with internal commercial and marketing teams to find new avenues to enhance the lead flows.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Financial Services and Technology, the incumbent would be responsible to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to drive sales and generate cross-sell opportunities across the wider Talent Solutions and other Aon Solution Lines.
  • Lead engagements to ensure high-quality of delivery, solution development and Deployment of resources to drive effective client outcomes.
  • Expertise and Experience in technical areas such as Long-Term Incentive Plan Design, Broad-based Compensation Design, Sales Incentive Plan Design, Carried Interest Schemes, Board Retainer services around Target Setting, Equity Allocations, Executive Benchmarking Solutions.
  • Working with marketing to develop and publish thought leadership articles, participating in Aon and external events around pay, governance and other general trends to support with marketing initiatives and business development.
  • Directly and Indirectly managing a team of 8-10 analysts, associates and consultants across Singapore and Malaysia, incumbent would be responsible in hiring, assessing, coaching, developing and promoting resources to achieve self-sufficiency to be in a position to have tenured resources execute small to medium sized projects independently.

  • Extensive years of Rewards experience of which 50% in a professional services environment
  • Good grasp of the Southeast Asian market and client needs
  • Ability to roll up sleeves, conceptualise and execute. Dealing with ambiguity and practicality of solutions comes with the position and client needs
  • Role holder will be a collaborator to bring the best of Aon's colleagues and solutions to clients.
