A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to develop and implement engineering strategies that support business growth. The role includes managing resources, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engineering strategies to support business growth and innovation.
Manage engineering resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee project lifecycles from planning to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met.
Review and approve technical reports, design submissions, and progress documentation.
Drive compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects.
Manage project risks, changes (including VO claims), and resolution of commercial and technical issues.
Collaborate closely with product, operations, sales, and project teams to ensure alignment and support effective execution.
Build and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in Building Management System (BMS), Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), and Building Automation System (BAS) implementation and integration.
B. REQUIREMENTS
PMP certification
Minimum 5 years of PM experience
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BMS/IBMS/BAS
Experience working on LTA projects
Knowledge in SCADA software and system development
Good teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
Effective time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
