A. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to support business growth and innovation.

• Manage engineering resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.

• Oversee project lifecycles from planning to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met.

• Review and approve technical reports, design submissions, and progress documentation.

• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects.

• Manage project risks, changes (including VO claims), and resolution of commercial and technical issues.

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, sales, and project teams to ensure alignment and support effective execution.

• Build and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in Building Management System (BMS), Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), and Building Automation System (BAS) implementation and integration.

B. REQUIREMENTS

• PMP certification

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BMS/IBMS/BAS

• Experience working on LTA projects

• Knowledge in SCADA software and system development

• Good teamwork and leadership skills are essential.

• Effective time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
