Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, coach, and develop direct reports in their technical skills and leadership abilities.
2. Develop a high-performance culture within the organization by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and holding people accountable for results.
3. Establish effective communication channels between different departments within the organization.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
5. Drive innovation initiatives across various functions, especially the adoption of AI/ML where relevant.
6. Manage risks associated with the product development lifecycle.
7. Maintain accurate records related to projects managed by the department.
8. Plan and manage engineering and infrastructure budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
9. Monitor project schedules and ensure the timely completion of deliverables across the domain and organization.
10. Understand the nature of the product and ensure the team’s output is relevant to the products.
11. Monitor, improve, and implement necessary changes to the infrastructure of the product to stay aligned with business needs.

Requirements

Experience in the Travel Industry, especially related to tours, activities, attractions, or things to do, is preferred.
