A leading company in engineering solutions seeks a Project Manager to drive innovative strategies and manage multiple LTA projects. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in SCADA systems.
A. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engineering strategies to support business growth and innovation.
Manage engineering resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee project lifecycles from planning to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met.
Review and approve technical reports, design submissions, and progress documentation.
Drive compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects.
Manage project risks, changes (including VO claims), and resolution of commercial and technical issues.
Collaborate closely with product, operations, sales, and project teams to ensure alignment and support effective execution.
Build and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
B. REQUIREMENTS
· PMP certification
· Minimum 5 years of PM experience
· Experience working on LTA projects
· Knowledge in SCADA software and system development
· Good teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
· Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
