- We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our digitalisation efforts across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, expand into emerging markets, and build competitive advantages through agile responses to market dynamics. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized marketing and intelligent interaction, while developing and maintaining key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development
- Develop and execute digital business growth strategies for Singapore and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships across developers, construction firms, government agencies, and infrastructure operators.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand pain points, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation needs in the architecture, engineering, construction, and facility management sectors.
2. Cross-Department Collaboration & Ecosystem Building
- Collaborate with HQ departments (R&D, product, marketing, sales) in China and other regions to ensure strategic alignment and resource synergy.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with software vendors, system integrators, research institutions, and other ecosystem players in Southeast Asia.
3. Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, technical proposal development, and client presentations.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensure high-quality delivery of digitalisation projects.
- Manage on-site client engagement and requirement gathering, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Establish a localized delivery and operations team, and promote knowledge transfer through training and workshops.
4. Business Management & Customer Success
- Implement a high-standard customer service and support system to enhance satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Manage project budgets, monitor revenue and costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
5. Business Delivery & Customer Success
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of digitalisation solutions (platform + consulting) across the region.
- Ensure successful implementation aligned with client objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in market development and strategic partnerships in Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of AEC and facility management sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with HQ.
