Overview
Our client is a high growth international SaaS and E-Commerce platform connecting millions of consumers and merchants across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With strong technology foundations and global supply chain reach, the platform is entering its next stage of accelerated expansion. They are now seeking a high-calibre Head of Digital Venture to drive both commercial growth and operational excellence across their international business.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Growth - Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive GMV and revenue growth, expand market share, and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and monetization across diverse markets.
- Business Development & Partnerships - Build and manage strategic partnerships with merchants, brands, payment providers, and logistics players, creating new commercial opportunities and strengthening the overall ecosystem value proposition.
- Operations & Platform Excellence - Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including supply chain, logistics, customer service, and platform performance, ensuring scalable, efficient, and seamless user and merchant experiences.
- Technology & Innovation - Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance platform functionality, data analytics, personalization, and integration of new digital tools, while maintaining compliance with international regulatory standards.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Inspire and lead a global, cross-functional team across commercial and operational functions, working closely with senior executives and external stakeholders to align priorities with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years’ leadership experience within global SaaS, E-Commerce, digital marketplaces, or consumer technology platforms; proven track record in scaling revenues and customer bases while managing complex cross-border operations; strong expertise in commercial partnerships, digital marketing, supply chain, and platform operations.
- International Exposure: Prior global experience, particularly in the European market, will be an advantage.
- Leadership: Balanced leader with both strategic commercial instincts and operational execution capability.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
- Passionate about digital commerce and driving innovation at scale.
