Company Description
We are a growing oncology clinic committed to delivering exceptional care. As healthcare becomes increasingly complex, we believe innovation is not just about new tools, but about designing systems that are efficient, transparent, and compassionate. In our clinic, every digital decision is guided by one question: Will this help a patient feel more supported in their journey? If you believe technology should serve people with care and respect, we’d love to have you lead this mission.
Role Description
We are seeking a strategic digital leader (Healthcare Systems and Operations) to build and lead our long‑term technology roadmap: spanning clinical workflows, financial operations, data infrastructure, and patient support systems. This role is not limited to one aspect of healthcare tech, but will shape a unified ecosystem that empowers both staff and patients.
- Develop and lead a multi‑year digital roadmap that strengthens clinical delivery, provides financial clarity, and improves operational efficiency.
- Align digital initiatives with organizational goals to ensure practical, scalable, and patient‑centered outcomes.
- Oversee implementation and integration of core healthcare platforms (Electronic Health Records, Electronic Patient Records, Clinic Management Software, data warehouse, etc.) ensuring interoperability and scalability.
- Ensure systems are designed for efficiency, reliability, and seamless workflows across departments.
- Establish strong data governance and analytics frameworks to enable better decision‑making across care planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies for clinical, operational, and financial improvements.
- Drive digital initiatives that improve patient and staff experience, including automation, communication tools, reporting systems, or self‑service capabilities.
- Continuously scan emerging healthcare technologies (AI, automation, telehealth, RCM tools, etc.) and evaluate feasibility and ROI for adoption.
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations teams to identify gaps and build practical, technology‑enabled solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technology and business teams to ensure adoption and meaningful impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or related field; Master’s preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy, technology, or product leadership, ideally in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable digital platforms or enterprise systems
- Strong cross‑functional leadership: able to work with medical, operational, and financial stakeholders
- Mission‑driven mindset: practical, empathetic, and focused on building systems that truly help people
