Overview

An established real estate investment platform is seeking a Head of Development to oversee and deliver development and major capital projects within its Singapore industrial portfolio.

This is a senior individual contributor role, and supported by external consultants. The position requires strong project leadership, technical understanding, and regulatory familiarity to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of new developments, redevelopments, asset enhancement and major capital expenditure works.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration in line with organizational standards.
• Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility studies for potential development and asset enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, including BCA, URA, SCDF and JTC guidelines.
• Incorporate sustainability, safety, and operational efficiency into all project planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align development initiatives with long-term portfolio and asset strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial property development in Singapore.
• Strong working knowledge of JTC and Singapore development regulatory processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive delivery through consultants and contractors.
