Job summary

Lexagle is seeking a Head of Design in Singapore to lead, structure, and scale the design function. You will set direction, build processes ensuring quality, and translate design impact into measurable business outcomes.

With 7–10+ years in product design and 2–3+ years leading a design team, you will own the product experience vision and build governance, KPI systems, and an actionable UI/UX roadmap to Drive enterprise SaaS success.

Lexagle is looking for a Head of Design to lead, structure, and scale the design function. You'll set the direction, build processes that keep quality consistent, and translate design impact into measurable business outcomes. This role requires a leader with strong design craft, creative range, and the ability to build a high-performing design team.

Key responsibilities

Own the product experience vision and define its long-term direction

Translate the vision into a UI/UX roadmap, prioritizing requests based on strategic value

Keep design vision aligned with phase-gate criteria

Own and refine the design operating model across Product and Client Implementation

Define phase-gate criteria, routing triggers, EDV thresholds, and Discovery and Strategy workflows

Establish review processes that identify issues before they reach Engineering or users

Define and maintain quality standards for shipped features

Build repeatable checklists and review gates

Develop and maintain the design function's KPI system

Define design roles, career development paths, and coaching models

About you

7–10+ years of experience in product design, ideally with 2–3+ years leading a design function

Experience building design processes and governance systems

Experience developing or managing KPI and metrics systems

Strong hands‑on design skills and the ability to assess and improve others' work

Ability to communicate design decisions and business impact to executive stakeholders

Enterprise SaaS or B2B platform experience strongly preferred
