Job description

As Head of Delivery, you will lead the end-to-end execution of payment solution projects across the APAC region, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction and alignment with budget, timelines and SLAs. You will oversee project delivery, resource planning and client governance, while driving revenue maximization and risk minimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery strategy and execution across client engagements in APAC.

• Maximize production revenue through effective resource utilization and project planning.

• Oversee a regional delivery team including Program Directors, SMEs, Engineers, BAs, and QA resources.

• Establish trusted client relationships, lead delivery governance, and manage escalations.

• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and timely resolution of issues.

• Drive resource planning, skill alignment, and outsourcing strategy where needed.

• Support presales and sales teams with delivery insights and client engagement.

• Lead and develop the delivery team, setting KPIs and managing performance.

Requirements:

• At least 12 years of delivery leadership experience a similar Delivery role, including people and budget responsibilities

• Deep understanding of payments solutions (the preferred would be PowerCard knowledge)

• Strong project/program management experience across Agile and Waterfall environments.

• Proficiency in delivery tools and environments (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, etc.).

• Experience with project tracking tools and multi-regional team management.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, delivery risks, and technical escalations.
