1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Based on the overall business strategy in Asia - Africa, lead the team in business and market analysis and trend forecasting. 5. Local Team Capacity Building: Based on the business plan, define the local talent development strategy. Recruit, train, and develop a high - performance local delivery service team. Design effective collaboration mechanisms to promote teamwork and innovation.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, typically in relevant fields such as project management, engineering management, or business management.
2. Work Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience, with in - depth understanding and practical experience in project management processes, methods, and tools, and at least 5 years of experience in managing medium - to - large - sized delivery service teams.
