Head of Service and Delivery - Renewables

  • Permanent position
  • Based in Singapore or Dubai

Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in analyzing markets and forecasting trends, developing and executing a strategic plan for the delivery service department that aligns with the company’s broader goals.
  • Oversee and improve delivery service processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage budget, optimise resource allocation, select and implement appropriate technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain high project quality to meet customer expectations, identify and mitigate operational risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and execute a local talent strategy based on business needs, including recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing delivery service team. Foster collaboration and innovation through effective teamwork mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in project management, engineering management, business management or related fields
  • Minimum 15 years project management experience and at least 5 years managing medium to large sized delivery service teams
  • Ability to manage multicultural, cross functional teams across diverse geographies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and assess project risks and develop effective risk response strategies.
  • Strict control over project execution quality to ensure the project meets the expected quality goals.
  • Able to travel frequently (more than 50%)
  • Able to relocate to, or currently based in Singapore / Dubai
