Job summary

Constructor in Singapore is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to expand and lead the security function across four areas: application security, security compliance, infrastructure & cloud security, and business application security. You will grow a small security team and set direction across engineering, IT, and compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires 8+ years in information security, 3+ years in leadership, plus experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing security programs (AppSec, compliance, infra security).
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the security function across AppSec, security compliance, infrastructure & cloud security, and business application security.
• Partner with Engineering and IT to integrate security into CI/CD and secure-by-default configurations.
• Oversee audits and maintain security policies, controls, and evidence.
• Manage vendor risk for SaaS and secure Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
