Job summary

constructor technology pte. ltd. is seeking an accomplished Security Architect to lead enterprise security architecture across cloud, network, data platforms, and software development environments.

The role requires aligning security with business goals and regulatory requirements while guiding executive leadership on threats and investments. You will drive Zero Trust initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and shape governance, risk management, and security innovation agendas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT and cybersecurity experience.
• 8+ years in security architecture leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise cybersecurity architecture roadmap.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and maintain the enterprise cybersecurity architecture roadmap.
• Define cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and design principles.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, emerging threats, and security investments.
• Align security architecture with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Security Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and implementation of secure enterprise architectures across:Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)Network and infrastructureApplications and software developmentData platformsIdentity and access management
• Drive Zero Trust architecture initiatives.
• Approve security designs for major technology projects and transformations.

Risk Management & Governance

• Conduct architecture risk assessments and security reviews.
• Establish security controls and reference architectures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as:ISO 27001NIST Cybersecurity FrameworkCIS ControlsSOC 2GDPR / PDPA

Security Innovation

• Evaluate emerging technologies and cybersecurity solutions.

• Partner with CIO, CTO, CISO, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Lead and mentor cybersecurity architects and security engineering teams.
• Establish architecture review boards and governance processes.
• Develop cybersecurity architecture capabilities and talent pipelines.
