Job summary

Constructor Technology seeks a Senior Security Architect to lead the design and alignment of enterprise cybersecurity architecture with business goals. You will guide executive leadership on risks, are responsible for standards, and drive secure design across cloud, network, applications, and data platforms.

You will champion Zero Trust initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with CIO/CTO/CISO and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years in IT and cybersecurity.
• 8+ years in security architecture leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise cybersecurity architecture roadmap.
• Define cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and design principles.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, threats, and investments.
• Align security architecture with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design and implementation of secure enterprise architectures across Cloud, Network, applications, data platforms, and IAM.
• Drive Zero Trust architecture initiatives.
• Approve security designs for major projects and transformations.
• Conduct risk assessments and security reviews.
• Establish security controls and reference architectures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, GDPR/PDPA.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-driven security solutions.
• Lead adoption of threat intelligence and automation capabilities.
• Partner with CIO/CTO/CISO and governance committees.
• Mentor security architects and build talent pipelines.
