Job summary

Job description

Join an established organisation to lead their cyber security and governance function.

Your new role

• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
• Implement cybersecurity risk assessments, conduct reviews, and govern security posture across different environments; ensure system security design and implementation.
• Plan, design, and conduct security incident response workshops and exercises (table-top exercises, simulations, and drills).
• Establish and implement end-user security awareness programmes.
• Assist with overall business technology planning, providing current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems.

You will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimally 10 years of experience in cybersecurity across prevention, detection, incident response, with at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership role.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with cybersecurity governance, security operations, engineering, and testing in on-premises environments.
• Proven track record of engagement with C-level business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with major cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong advantage, as are technical certifications such as CISSP.
