Head of Customer Success – Remote | Client-Focused Leadership Role

The Opportunity – Head of Customer Success
In this role, you will work closely with prospective and new clients, guiding them through the process of understanding and engaging with our programs. You will help ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to active participation, focusing on building trust and providing clear, relevant information.
This position follows a performance-based, commission-only structure. It is best suited for professionals who enjoy autonomy, have strong relationship-building skills, and appreciate an entrepreneurial approach where rewards are connected to outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
- Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
- Build rapport with prospective clients through professional and value-driven conversations
- Guide clients through onboarding and early engagement stages
- Maintain ongoing communication using digital tools such as video conferencing, email, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and enhance client experiences
- Participate in regular training sessions to strengthen communication, service, and leadership skills
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in client success, account management, consultative sales, or related roles
- Ability to conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
- Ability to lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using CRM systems, online meeting tools, and scheduling platforms
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- An interest in personal development and leadership topics
