The Opportunity – Head of Customer Success

In this role, you will work closely with prospective and new clients, guiding them through the process of understanding and engaging with our programs. You will help ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to active participation, focusing on building trust and providing clear, relevant information.

This position follows a performance-based, commission-only structure. It is best suited for professionals who enjoy autonomy, have strong relationship-building skills, and appreciate an entrepreneurial approach where rewards are connected to outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
  • Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making

  • Maintain ongoing communication using digital tools such as video conferencing, email, and CRM systems
