The Opportunity – Head of Customer Success
The Head of Customer Success will play a key leadership role in guiding prospective and new clients through their journey with our programs. In this position, you’ll leverage your experience in account management, customer success, or consultative roles to foster trusted relationships, facilitate insight-driven conversations, and ensure each client experiences measurable value.
This is a performance-based role with a commission-only structure. It’s ideal for those who thrive when rewarding outcomes are directly connected to their strategic approach, relationship-building skills, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through professional, consultative dialogue
- Support client onboarding and success throughout the full lifecycle of engagement
- Apply digital communication tools (e.g., video calls, CRM, messaging platforms) to maintain seamless client interactions
- Deliver program alignment conversations with empathy and expertise
- Collaborate regularly with peers and leadership for shared improvement and knowledge exchange
- Participate in ongoing training sessions designed to enhance leadership, service, and communication
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or relationship-driven roles
- A confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas into client-focused solutions
- Professionals who bring consistency, ownership, and emotional intelligence to their work
- Experience in remote collaboration and comfort with digital tools (e.g., CRM, Zoom, calendar software)
- A commitment to growth—not just for clients, but within your own development as a leader
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
