Role Overview

Design and lead lifecycle strategies across email, in-app, and personalized member journeys. You will turn first contacts into lifelong members and ensure timely, relevant communication across all client segments.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Strategy

  • Define and map the full client lifecycle from prospect to long-term member across diagnostics and health optimization services.
  • Create tailored engagement journeys for each stage: onboarding, check-ins, reactivation, loyalty, and churn prevention.
  • Lead the development of member-exclusive experiences via email, in-app messaging, and concierge handovers.

Segmentation & Personalization

  • Build dynamic segmentation models based on user behavior, health profiles, and interaction history.
  • Work closely with tech team to develop targeted messaging using real-time data (e.g., lab results, appointments, service usage) to drive personalized interventions.

Automation & Campaign Management

  • Design and deploy lifecycle campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Work closely with operations and tech team to create and test automated workflows for onboarding, booking reminders, upsell nudges, and educational content delivery.

CRM Data & Retention Analytics

  • Monitor and report on CRM performance KPIs including LTV churn rate, reactivation rate, NPS, email engagement, and lifetime value) via dashboards
  • Conduct lifecycle cohort analysis to identify performance gaps and campaign optimization opportunities.
  • Integrate AI tools for predictive churn and upsell modeling.
  • Leverage predictive models to identify at-risk segments and intervene before drop-off with preemptive CRM actions.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with clinical, concierge, and product teams to personalize client journeys.
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure the right message hits at the right lifecycle moment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a CRM or retention marketing role, preferably in the retail or consumer industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing automation (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise performance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and audience segmentation.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude — comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to clinical teams, startup founders, or digital product teams.
