Job Description:
Our client is a globally recognized hospitality group, operating luxury hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands across Asia, EMEA, and beyond. They are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Tax to lead the strategic direction, governance, and operations of the Group’s global tax function. This role is responsible for managing corporate tax compliance, planning, structuring, and risk mitigation across all jurisdictions. You will be a key advisor to senior leadership on tax implications of business initiatives, M&A, and cross-border investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee global corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries across Asia, EMEA, and other territories
- Develop and execute international tax strategies aligned with the Group’s business goals and expansion plans
- Advise on tax implications of corporate structures, transactions, financing, and M&A deals
- Ensure compliance with international tax laws, transfer pricing rules, and local statutory regulations
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee group tax provisioning and reporting under IFRS/GAAP
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business development teams on cross-functional projects
- Monitor global tax legislative changes and assess impacts on the Group’s operations
- Develop internal policies and best practices for tax governance and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or Master’s in Taxation preferred
- Minimum 12 years of corporate tax experience, with a significant portion in international tax across Asia and EMEA
- Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing, BEPS, tax treaties, and cross-border tax structuring
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-jurisdictional tax teams and projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a matrixed, culturally diverse, and fast-paced global organization
