We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Services to lead and oversee the Corporate Services functions, including HR, Finance, IT, Property Management, Corporate Administration and Corporate Management & Planning You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting the organization’s strategic goals, and driving process improvements across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Corporate Services Division.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive strategic planning and budgeting for corporate services functions.

  • Review internal policies, systems, and processes for operational efficiency.

  • Oversee vendor management and service level agreements.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to support organizational priorities.

  • Foster a high-performance and values-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate services.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment.
