Summary
As Head, Corporate Services, your role is to oversee the general operations of the company, including but not limited to the areas of Finance, Procurement, Governance, Operations and Administration of HeritageSG.
The Corporate Services team ensures financial governance in accordance with the Company’s Act and our responsibilities as an Institute of Public Character (IPC), including timely submissions to the Commissioner of Charities (COC) and ACRA. You ensure the operational integrity of a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). You are able to put in place robust systems and processes for all operations and administration, drive organisation development and change, helping the COO and CEO with corporate planning matters.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Risk Management
Lead and manage the Corporate Services team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with statutory and governance requirements.
Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on financial planning, procurement strategy, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain enterprise risk management framework and internal control systems.
Oversee audit workplan and inventory management obligations.
Finance & Procurement
Oversee and establish budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes to ensure efficient and effective corporate governance.
Ensure sound financial governance and compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Monitor expenditure and optimise resource allocation across the organisation.
Lead procurement planning and execution in accordance with approved SOPs and Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks.
Ensure transparency, value-for-money, and compliance in all procurement activities.
Oversee vendor management and contract administration.
Operations & Administration
Manage office operations, facilities, and administrative support services.
Implement robust systems and processes to support day-to-day operations.
Oversee regular management reporting.

Qualifications and Experiences
·A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
·At least 8–10 years of relevant experience preferred, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
·Prior experience in a statutory board, non-profit, or Company Limited by Guarantee is an advantage
·Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., risk management, certified public accountant) an advantage
·Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms (e.g., Netsuite, Tenderboard) is preferred
