Profile
At least 10 years of compliance experience in retail brokerage with strong track record of CMS license application in Singapore.
Deep understanding of regulations related to trading, investing, and capital markets services.
Experience working in start-up or greenfield environments, with the ability to set up frameworks and processes from scratch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with regulators and senior leadership.
