Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and protocols to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise senior leadership and business units on regulatory matters.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of compliance initiatives, including training and awareness programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Stay informed about emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements:
