Charterhouse has teamed up with a Digital Asset Mining firm to recruit a Head of Compliance. This presents an exceptional opportunity for dynamic individuals seeking growth in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the global compliance function.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Head of Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies, policies, and protocols to uphold adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and industry norms. This involves offering advice on regulatory matters to senior leadership and business sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in supervising the creation and upkeep of compliance initiatives, which encompasses coordinating training and awareness efforts.

A key aspect of the role entails nurturing relationships with regulatory authorities and ensuring prompt and precise reporting. Remaining abreast of emerging risks and proposing effective mitigation measures will also fall within your purview.

You will lead and contribute to various compliance-related projects and conduct compliance training and education programs from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

You should be degree educated with at least 15 years of relevant experience, ideally in fintechs or semiconductor firms. You should showcase a profound comprehension of compliance frameworks; familiarity with US Nasdaq listing regulations and standards will be a bonus. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are required, enabling the business to navigate intricate regulatory landscapes effectively.

The candidate should exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
