Job description

Our client is a leading regional bank and we're looking to hire a Head of Compensation and Benefits to drive its rewards strategy in Singapore. This is a senior role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring reward structures remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with broader business goals.

You’ll lead the design and implementation of total compensation programs, manage payroll governance, and work closely with Group HR to align local practices with group-wide frameworks. The role also involves partnering with unions, supporting collective agreements, and handling complex people matters with care and professionalism.

We’re looking for a leader with at least 5 years of management experience in Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and payroll processes, and a solid track record in stakeholder management and team leadership. Experience with incentive plan design ain banking is key.
