Working location: Tampines & Buangkok
Working hours: 5 days, 9am – 6pm
Salary: $7000 - $7700

Responsibilities:

Programme Development & Delivery (Trauma-Informed Focus)

  • Oversee end-to-end development and delivery of all division programmes through a trauma-informed lens
  • Ensure day-to-day practices integrate trauma-informed principles including safety, trustworthiness, peer support, collaboration, and empowerment
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting reviews and updates when necessary
  • Establish systematic monitoring processes that track both therapeutic outcomes and programme effectiveness
  • Foster strengths-based approaches that build on youth and community assets
  • Ensure documentation practices respect confidentiality and promote transparency

Strategic Outreach & Partnership Building

  • Develop trauma-informed outreach strategies that meet youth where they are, reducing barriers to access
  • Build strategic collaborations with government agencies, community partners, and organizations using principles of shared power
  • Establish trusting relationships with external agencies that prioritize youth voice and choice
  • Create resource networks that are culturally responsive and accessible
  • Stay current with trauma research, youth development trends, and evidence-based practices
  • Lead community needs assessments that center youth perspectives and lived experiences

Staff Development & Supervision (Trauma-Informed Leadership)

  • Provide trauma-informed supervision that models emotional safety and professional growth
  • Deploy Social Service Professionals (SSPs) with attention to secondary trauma prevention and staff wellbeing
  • Cultivate a learning culture that values continuous improvement, peer support, and shared decision-making
  • Deliver clinical supervision that integrates trauma-informed principles and evidence-based practices
  • Design and facilitate skill-building education for staff at all levels, emphasizing trauma-informed interventions
  • Champion professional development opportunities that build cultural humility and trauma competency
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies while maintaining flexibility for individual staff needs
  • Address HR matters with attention to creating psychologically safe work environments

Research & Evaluation

  • Design and conduct research that centers youth voice and includes participatory evaluation methods
  • Identify practice and research gaps through a trauma-informed, equity lens
  • Implement process and outcome evaluations that measure both healing and functional outcomes
  • Use evaluation findings to continuously improve trauma-informed service delivery

Financial Stewardship

  • Manage divisional budget with transparency and accountability
  • Allocate resources in ways that prioritize service delivery and staff support

Requirements:
