Job description

We are on the lookout for a strategic minded, digitally savvy, communications multi-tasker to join our ranks as our Head of Communications. This role will oversee the communications team, including Marketing Communications, Public Relations and Social Media.

This role will also work closely with the creative team; as well as the wider marketing verticals such as digital marketing, partnership and project management. You will also be engaging other stakeholders such as project marketing, C-suite, and training/ recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As the Head of Marketing Comms, you will plan and execute all the Communications and Social Media strategies and content development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Support all events through publicity, marcom activities, managing media queries and social media activity.
  • Develop innovative digital content to deepen engagement with our stakeholders and audiences to achieve business objectives
  • Manage briefings with key team, cross-functional partners and other stakeholders
  • Drive branding initiatives together with the wider marketing team.
  • Drive and support our training and agent recruitment plans and roll-outs
  • Run campaigns in tandem with the creatives, partnership, digital marketing and wider teams

Ideal candidate:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience as a 360 Marketing Professional, including Communications, PR and Social Media experience.
  • Degree holder (preferably in Comms and Marketing field)
  • A strategic thinker and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • A strong executer who is able to drive campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Ability to prioritise and manage work schedules and volumes of the team, must be able to work under tight schedule
  • Great EQ and negotiation skills and able to manage expectations
  • Thinker, collaborative, change agent and adaptive
  • Strong communication skills and able to work with different stakeholders
  • Passionate about the Real Estate Industry
  • Independent, positive, pro-active and have a growth mindset
