Seeking an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Commercial team. The candidate should have a positive and friendly attitude, with responsibilities including:

1. Developing client value propositions in supply chain finance (SCF) and receivables finance (RF);
2. Driving origination;
3. Leading end-to-end execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cover multiple commodities (metal, electronics, agriculture, etc.), bringing diversity and a broad client base, with a balance between SMEs and corporates.
• Lead the entire Singapore team, with one additional origination team member reporting to this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree educated with 15+ years of experience in the Singapore market or other markets.
• Ability to bring in and establish own clients.
• Ability to drive team performance to meet KPIs.
• Experience growing the Singapore business.
• Experience with digital supply chain finance platforms or ERP/SaaS providers is a plus.

PERSONALITY:

• Creative and solution-oriented.
• Willing to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
