FUNCTION: Head of Commercial Excellence
LOCATION: Singapore, Singapore (also open to candidates who are willing to relocate in Singapore)

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
The Head of Commercial Excellence APAC and SEA will be responsible for optimizing sales effectiveness, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, enhancing customer experience, and improving overall business performance. This role involves developing and executing regional strategy, identifying cross-business upskilling opportunities, and integrating best practices, including standardization and KPIs. The incumbent will lead ES APAC efforts in collaboration with commercial leads to establish strong customer intimacy, build robust channel partnerships, drive effective Key Account Management (KAM) planning and execution, enhance the adoption of innovation in the market, and manage resources efficiently. Additionally, the role requires leading the strong field adoption of virtual and digital tools while fostering a digital mindset across the organization. The incumbent will also be responsible for the operational implementation of the COMEX strategy in the SEA region, working directly with the Head of SEA.
