Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Clinical Operations & Experience.

  • Manage front reception and client-facing services, supporting the practice team in delivering concierge services.
  • Oversee back-office operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Medical Operations Management

Clinical Oversight

  • Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical service through coordination with the Medical team.
  • Oversee medical protocols, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations (MOH, HIPAA, etc.) for quality assurance.
  • Lead clinical audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage EMRs, diagnostic tools, and clinic technology platforms.
  • Improve patient flow, scheduling, and documentation processes.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical, administrative, and commercial teams.
  • Vet, negotiate, and onboard new clinical suppliers, ensuring quality and favorable terms.
  • Manage existing clinical suppliers, reviewing and negotiating terms regularly.
  • Contribute to the quality control of marketing and sales materials from a medical perspective.
  • Align clinical operations with business goals and client satisfaction.

2. Sales and Business Development (Individual & Corporate Clients)

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Onboard high-value individual clients and conduct initial exploratory meetings.
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients (HR, insurance, partners).
  • Customize health services and programs for executives and corporate clients.
  • Develop preventive health plans, longevity programs, and health screening packages.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and renewals.
  • Represent the clinic at industry events and media engagements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of relevant medical and clinical experience.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management with high-net-worth clients.
  • 15+ years of experience in building relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional partnership skills and client service demeanor.
  • Tech-savviness with EMRs, diagnostic tools, and clinic platforms; proficiency in multiple systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
