Job Description
A role exists for a highly motivated, industry established, senior professional within the Client Services team where you will be leading the team. The team will be responsible for onboarding new clients, supporting existing clients and maintaining client relationships.
The candidate will have extensive interactions with clients and also with internal teams like sales, operations and technology on regular basis. Candidate will be responsible for management of the team, performing routine management functions such as training, performance planning, coaching and providing mentorship, as well as the development and delivery of training related to organizational requirements.
