Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Client Realtionship to lead our fundraising efforts and expand our network of accredited investors. This role is ideal for someone with a strong existing network of HNW clients and a proven track record in asset management, business development, or high-value sales.
Responsibilities
Actively acquire and prospect new customers for fund raising - Real Estate Fund (Must be accredited investors)
Develop and strengthen their relationships with the company in accordance with relevant business goals.
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure KPIs are met
Provide training and weekly meetings for the team to update new strategies and events
Work with the marketing department for social media for communicating with new and existing clients
Develop strategies to recruit and develop channel distribution through the Aurum Gravis associate program
Job Requirements:
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
The candidate MUST have a pool of HNW clients and proven track record.
Minimally the candidate needs to have at least SGD$50m AUM.
Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Experience in recruiting Partners and Distributors for the company's investments projects. Those with Financial Services / Real Estate/ Investment/Partnership Recruitment experience are preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for pitching tailored solutions to clients.
Experience in conducting regular client meetings and providing updates on service offerings.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support team members by sharing insights and product knowledge.
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
