The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in education management. You will lead marketing strategies, manage teams, and improve customer experiences. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving enrolment, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring seamless centre operations.
  • Lead sales and customer service teams to optimize enrolment and retention through targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee branding, digital content, and marketing outreach while ensuring consistent communication across platforms.
  • Manage teacher scheduling, and operational efficiency across Learning Point Centres.
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Develop business strategies, conduct market research, and foster partnerships to drive growth.
  • Plan and execute special programmes and industry events.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
