Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, content, budget, execution, and performance.
Leverage digital, traditional, and emerging platforms to maximize campaign reach and ROI.
Continuously optimise based on advanced analytics and customer insights.
Innovation & Market Trends
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and consumer behaviors.
Promote data-driven strategies and new technologies to enhance campaign impact.
Stakeholder Engagement & Budget Management
Partner with internal stakeholders and provide clear insights to senior leadership on ROI and campaign success.
Develop and manage the global campaign budget with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global campaign team.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
10+ years of experience in global marketing or campaign management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Demonstrable knowledge of digital banking products, CRM, content marketing, and segmentation.
Proven experience executing multi-regional campaigns in large-scale organizations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong advantage if you have worked in banking or large digital banks.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer journey mapping, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a bonus.
Salary: SGD 250,000 – 320,000 base + bonus
