Job description

Mission: Use data, drive strategic initiatives, and implement processes to drive operational excellence within the APAC Sales & Marketing teams to improve the customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability.

The Job:

Work closely with the APAC GM to execute well in two areas:

  • Strategy: Lead planning and strategic initiatives that transform our business
  • Operations: Build systems that reliably improve customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability

Experience:

  • 3+ years in management consulting
  • Top tier firms preferred (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, go-to-market / revenue / sales / marketing / customer success / service operations, product management, or product analytics
  • Experience with B2B business models at tech companies
  • Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategy
  • Experience influencing C-level executives
  • STEM degree (Engineering, Economics, Operations, Math) preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Japanese OR Chinese fluency preferred
  • Experience with hardware is a plus
