Head of Business Development - Payment Industry

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for expanding overseas payment cooperation in new industries and with new merchants, providing high-quality payment solutions for target merchants;

Manage merchant KYC submissions, contract signing, payment integration, and account growth;

Be accountable for individual and team OKRs, result-oriented, and committed to achieving company performance goals;

Collaborate closely with other departments, proactively leveraging internal and external resources to drive project progress.

Who We Want:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with excellent learning ability;

10+ years of business or sales-related work experience, with team management experience; experience in the payment industry is preferred;

Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills;

Outstanding business development skills, clear logic, and efficient communication;

Ability to independently execute business cooperation projects, with strong market expansion capabilities, key account management skills, and business negotiation skills;

Proactive problem-solving ability, excellent teamwork skills, result-driven mindset, capable of self-managing daily tasks to align personal value with company value.
