Key Responsibilities
1. Product Manufacturer & Issuer Relationships
  • Lead and manage relationships with product manufacturers and issuers — including fund managers, structured product issuers, and alternative investment providers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, distribution agreements, and product economics to ensure competitive offerings and attractive returns.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Investment teams to identify product gaps and co-develop innovative investment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor partner performance, product shelf quality, and market competitiveness across asset classes.
  • Facilitate joint marketing, training, and client engagement initiatives with product partners.
2. Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow client base within affluent and HNWI client segments.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, intermediaries, and referral sources to support AUM growth targets.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to create differentiated value propositions and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Track business performance, pipeline conversion, and revenue contribution from new client initiatives.
3. Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that enhance client acquisition, distribution reach, and wealth ecosystem connectivity — including financial intermediaries, fintechs, family offices, and external asset managers.
  • Develop and maintain referral and co-branded partnership programs to generate qualified leads and expand market coverage.
  • Represent the Wealth business in partnership discussions, ensuring alignment with compliance, risk, and brand standards.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders — including Client Advisory, Product & Investment, Marketing, and Compliance — to deliver cohesive growth initiatives.
  • Provide market insights, competitive benchmarking, and partnership intelligence to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Build and lead a small team of business development and partnership managers.
  • Assist Head of Wealth Management in designing and implementing wealth management internal workflows.
  • Coordinate internal functions and external vendors in executing wealth management workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brokerage or wealth management industry, with demonstrated expertise in business development and partnerships.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and execution capabilities.
