Your role will focus on acquiring key merchants, nurturing existing relationships, and driving account growth. By delivering top promotions and impactful collaborations, you’ll ensure success for both our partners and the company. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the North America business expansion initiatives and involves frequent travel.

- Merchant Acquisition & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and secure key merchant partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Market & Client Research: Conduct thorough research to build long-term, strategic relationships with target partners.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation and management of merchant campaigns from ideation to successful execution.
- Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and new business ventures.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with various teams to craft and implement go-to-market strategies that drive company success.
Essentials to Succeed
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales and business development, with a preference for eCommerce experience in marketplaces, fashion, or travel.
- Proven Success: Track record in sales, business development, and account management.
- Consumer Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns that drive business growth.
- Solution-Oriented: Expertise in account growth and continuously seeking opportunities to develop and strengthen client relationships.
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think creatively and logically when conceptualizing ideas for merchant acquisition and management.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to excel, consistently delivering results.
- C-Level Negotiator: Comfortable negotiating with top decision-makers and managing C-level relationships.
