A leading bank is seeking a Head of Business and Operational Resilience to join the team.

As the Head of Business and Operational Resilience, you will be the key person managing Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and programs for the bank, including disaster recovery and crisis management. You will lead a team of BCM specialists who support day-to-day operations, while your focus will be on strategy and governance. You will also represent the team in high-level discussions with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in BCM within banking, with strong expertise in business and operational resilience, operational risk, governance, and crisis management. We seek a seasoned leader with at least 5 years in a management role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential.
