JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Business to lead business development efforts, explore new service opportunities, and cultivate high-impact collaborations across the healthcare ecosystem. This role is central to expanding our footprint through innovative partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organisations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics and a collaborative mindset to help shape new initiatives while supporting operational alignment and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Business Development and strategic goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with service capabilities, emerging and evolving healthcare trends
- Build and manage collaborative relationships with hospitals, healthcare organisations, and allied services to strengthen service integration and expand market presence.
- Represent the organisation in provider networks, stakeholder forums, and cross-sector initiatives to strengthen visibility and influence.
- Lead outreach initiatives to position the organisation as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed strategic initiatives into workflows, optimise staffing, and uphold compliance standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure sustainable and operational stability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, strategic partnerships or service development.
- Strong understanding of hospital systems, healthcare regulations, and funding mechanisms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build lasting institutional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management will be an advantage
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Working hours 9 am to 6 pm, 5.5 days work, flexi work on Sat
- S$8,000 – S$14,000 (negotiable)
- This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer
