This is a senior, high-impact role that goes far beyond managing logos and guidelines. You’ll be the custodian of a brand built on bold ideas, world-class experiences, and cultural relevance, driving long-term growth and connection at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the global brand strategy, defining how the brand shows up across markets, channels, and experiences.
- Translating that strategy into actionable frameworks that drive marketing, customer experience, and internal culture.
- Owning brand performance and tracking, using insight to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Embedding brand thinking across the business, partnering with teams across Marketing, Loyalty, Guest Experience, HR, and more.
- Driving creative consistency and governance across all channels and touchpoints.
- Managing agency relationships and creative partners to ensure delivery is always on-brief and best-in-class.
- Acting as a visible brand leader and mentor within the organisation, influencing, inspiring, and evolving the brand with clarity and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing communications.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a global or multinational brand environment.
- A proven track record of building and scaling brands with measurable impact.
- A strategic thinker with creative instinct and commercial focus.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience, able to influence across departments and seniority levels.
- A compelling communicator and storyteller, confident in creative reviews, stakeholder meetings, and C-suite conversations.
