This executive role demands a proven expert in industrial software architecture, AI/ML, and Digital Twin technologies with strong leadership capability to build and scale enterprise-grade solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and product leaders in designing and delivering cutting-edge Asset Operations Management (AOM) solutions for asset-intensive industries.

Beyond business development, you will serve as the chief technology steward and architect for our AOM solutions, aligning product innovation with client needs, industry standards, and next-generation technologies. You will work closely with global business units, clients, and R&D to ensure the solution portfolio remains technically advanced, secure, scalable, and aligned with the digital transformation journey of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Define and articulate the CoE’s strategic vision, roadmap, and objectives, aligning them with the company's global business goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration to keep the AOM solutions at the forefront of the industry.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to internal stakeholders to continuously refine the asset management solution portfolio.
Business Development & Growth
  • Develop and execute the global strategy to drive AOM adoption, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve global order intake targets.
  • Lead and support the Business Developers and frontline sales in executive-level client engagements, proposal development, and value-driven solution selling.
  • Collaborate with Regional Headquarters (RHQs) and frontline sales teams from 3 BUs (E&S, Material, and Life), to identify, qualify, and pursue global sales opportunities.
Solution & Product Oversight
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of AOM solutions, from product strategy and roadmap definition to architectural design, development, and delivery.
  • Ensure solutions are technically competitive, scalable, secure, and deliver tangible ROI by leveraging technologies like Composable Digital Twins and Agentic AI.
  • Guide the integration of advanced technologies and ensure all solutions meet stringent quality, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of Solution Architects, Product Managers, AI Engineers, Predictive Maintenance Engineers, DevOps QAs, and Business Developers.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs, manage resources effectively, and foster an environment of teamwork and continuous professional growth.
  • Empower the team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that address complex client challenges in asset-intensive industries.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison between YEA/DES, PROs, YHQ D.Sol, and 3 BUs.
  • Effectively communicate the CoE's strategy, progress, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in a technology leadership / management role with a proven track record in digital solution product management, system architecture, business development, preferably in asset-intensive industries (oil & gas, mining, utilities)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary technical and commercial teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proven experience in successfully bringing advanced technology solutions like IIoT, AI, and Digital Twins to the global market.
  • Strong strategic and visionary leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
  • Expertise in value-driven and consultative solution selling for industrial digital transformation
  • Deep understanding of asset management, operational efficiency challenges, and enabling technologies including Digital Twins, Agentic AI, and advanced data analytics
  • Familiarity with industrial platforms like SCADA, DCS, ERP, EAM/CMMS, and APM
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and technical leaders
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth
