Job description

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead large-scale, multi-country digital transformation and core banking programs from initiation through post-implementation support

•Manage delivery of ISO 20022 payment modernization across real-time gross settlement systems (MEPS+, RENTAS, CHATS, RITS, etc.)

•Drive digital onboarding, API banking, internet/mobile banking, and eKYC initiatives to enhance customer experience and acquisition

•Direct implementation of multi-channel corporate and retail banking platforms, including ATM, H2H, API, E-Wallets, and Mobile Payments

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Product, and Technology for regulatory compliance (MAS, CBIRC, etc.)

•Define and track KPIs, financial budgets, work breakdown structures, and earned-value metrics to ensure timeline and cost adherence

•Architect and manage delivery of REST/SOAP APIs, payment gateways, and integration with middleware (IBM MQ, ESB, etc.)

•Implement AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and fraud detection solutions with a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation

•Oversee modernization of contact center platforms with AI bots, omnichannel CRM integration, and predictive routing capabilities

•Deliver strategic payments solutions including PayNow, FAST, GIRO, SWIFT, and cross-border FX payments with real-time capabilities

•Define and govern project scope, impact analysis, change control, risk/issue logs, and contingency plans

•Mentor and lead global delivery teams, fostering continuous improvement, leadership succession, and agile mindset

•Author BRDs, user stories, functional specs, UAT plans, and test strategies in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders

•Present executive dashboards and program updates to senior management and global steering committees
