Job summary

Eames Consulting Group is partnering with a leading global investment organisation to recruit an experienced risk professional focused on AI security risk. This strategic role sits at the crossroads of AI, Cybersecurity and Technology Risk, shaping risk frameworks, policies and controls as AI adoption evolves.

You will lead AI risk assessments, security testing and control reviews, identify threats and advise senior stakeholders on mitigation and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT/Technology/Cybersecurity risk.
• Strong knowledge of AI security risks, including adversarial attacks and data privacy.
• Experience in risk frameworks, control assessments and senior management reporting.
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements and technology risk guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI security risk management frameworks, policies and controls.
• Lead AI-related risk assessments, security testing and control reviews.
• Identify emerging AI threats, vulnerabilities and potential control gaps.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risk exposure, mitigation strategies and control effectiveness.
• Partner with technology, cybersecurity and independent risk functions to strengthen governance.
