Job summary

Virtuos in Singapore is seeking a Head of Product to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for our enterprise AI orchestration product. You will lead a small team of Product Managers and collaborate with engineering, AI platform and business teams to rapidly build, test and evolve agentic AI capabilities across Virtuos.

The role requires deep experience shaping AI product strategy in fast-moving environments, translating complex needs into actionable requirements and driving measurable value

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in product/tech leadership, especially AI products.
• Direct experience building production-grade AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, orchestration and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Virtuos’ enterprise AI orchestration product.
• Define how AI agents, tools and workflows come together to solve complex user needs.
• Translate user needs and business priorities into clear product requirements.
• Prototype, test and iterate on agentic experiences and orchestration approaches.
• Build and lead a 2–3 PM team as the product scales.
• Collaborate with AI platform, engineering and business teams to deliver value.
