What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze affiliate performance, track KPIs, and ensure regional and global affiliate BD teams meet or exceed targets.
• Creative Assets: Collaborate with marketing and LM teams to provide affiliates with creative assets and promotional materials.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and prepare performance reports for management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams, GMs, CEOs, and product development to align strategies with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek ongoing ways to improve the affiliate program’s efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.

What We Look For In You

• 5-10 years of experience in a managerial role focused on KOL growth, affiliate marketing, or KOL relations.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate or crypto growth landscape is preferred.
• Experience with exchanges, TikTok, or crypto is advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
