We are looking for a Head Mixologist. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring smooth operations of the PLUME’s bar operations of the Hotel. You will be responsible for assisting the Bar Manager in elevating the bar’s reputation locally and internationally, fostering innovation, maintaining high standards, and nurturing relationships within the bar community.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized, memorable service.
Engage guests with storytelling and insights about the bar's concept, ingredients, and techniques.
Cocktail Innovation:
Develop and execute a world-class cocktail menu, blending innovative techniques with seasonal and local ingredients.
Stay ahead of global mixology trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Leadership & Training:
Lead, inspire, and mentor the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Design and deliver training programs to improve team skills and knowledge in mixology and service.
Community Engagement & Networking:
Represent PLUME at industry events, competitions, and collaborations to build the bar’s profile.
Build partnerships with suppliers, influencers, and other leading bars locally and globally.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Manage beverage inventory, procurement, and cost control, ensuring profitability.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Marketing & Brand Building:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns.
Utilize social media with the assistance of the Bar Manager and Marketing Communications team to showcase the bar’s offerings and achievements.
Job Requirements:
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
