A leading organization in Singapore is looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to lead impact-driven initiatives. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and programme management to achieve impactful results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and relationship-building skills, eager to contribute to social impact efforts.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end management of the Foundation’s programme portfolio, including design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling, to achieve strategic impact.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of programme plans, milestones, changes and outcomes. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating accountability and impact.
· Build and sustain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, especially within the business and social impact ecosystems, to advance programme goals and enhance collective impact.
· Provide Secretariat support to the Programmes Sub-Committee, and main Board as required, including the preparation of discussion papers and progress reports.
· Work closely with the CEO on corporate strategy development, contributing insights from the Foundation’s programming and ecosystem engagement.
· Support the growth of donors and strategic funders of the Foundation’s initiatives. Evaluate propgramme proposals for funding, in alignment with the Foundation’s objectives.
· Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned to support the Foundation’s mission and operations.
Job Requirements
· Expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling impact-driven programmes. Experience in managing inclusive hiring initiatives is a bonus.
· Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to align programmes with organisational mission and business needs.
· Excellent relationship-building skills to engage corporates, government agencies, non-profits, and donors.
· Able to write and present well, including the ability to articulate impact stories, programme recommendations, and strategic insights clearly.
· Dynamic self-starter and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
