What you need to be successful
- 7+ years of experience in growth or strategy; experience in e-commerce or a platform-based tech start-up is most relevant
- Proven track record of driving user growth and improving KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Good understanding of growth channels, including incentive design, online marketing channels and lifecycle/CRM strategies
- Highly analytical and structured thinking, with a passion for numbers and problem-solving, as well as a strong ability to think creatively
- Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks, prioritising effectively, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, suited for senior management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL
